The largest universe of a placeholder reached from this SCC. This includes placeholders within this SCC.
max_nameable_universe: UniverseIndex
The largest universe nameable from this SCC. It is the smallest nameable universes of all existential regions reachable from it.
representative: Representative
The representative Region Variable Id for this SCC.
